Youth Ministries
The Lord instructs us to be faithful to the ministry as we live out the Christian life. One of the greatest avenues of service is through the local church. Together we can accomplish great things in the community that we live in.

Why Join A Ministry?
·        For new friendships
·        For a sense of purpose
·        For fulfillment
·        For joy
·        For the rewards of making a difference in someone else’s life
·        For the experience of seeing ministry grow and develop
·        For the blessings of God!

There are many ministry areas and opportunities from which to choose. Often, your service can be arranged to match your schedule, and previous experience is not always necessary. All that’s required is a heart for service.

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
Ready? Here are just a few of the opportunities available to Faithers.

MINISTRY     CONTACTS

Sunday Morning Operations Team
To run efficiently, weekend services require the commitment of many volunteers, including ushers, greeters, information table workers, welcome table contacts, invitation prayer support, hospitality crews and sound, light, and video technicians.   Ushers-1st & 2nd Services: Dick Perry (872-0107)
Greeters 1st Service: Lori Perry (872-0107)
       2nd Service: Barbara Brochu (453-9956)
Welcome table: Pastor Ron Stevens (873-0343)
BridgeBuilders: Steve Campbell (453-7851)
Hospitality: Rhonda Dunbar (872-1905)
Sound Technicians: Ron Dunbar (872-1905)
Video/Light Technicians: Shel Binotto (465-2059)

Faith Kidz in Action
We have a tremendous children’s church environment every Sunday for grades 5 and under. Opportunities to serve exist in the areas of teaching, classroom assistance (teens are welcome), nursery workers, and outreach event volunteers.   Nursery, Bible Buddiez, Explorer Kidz, and Faith Finders:
        Janet Johnson (873-0343)

A.D. Youth Group
Ever thought of reliving those teen years? Support staff volunteers and event chaperones are needed to make an impact on the next generation of church leaders.   Youth Service, discipleship groups, and event chaperones:
        Pastor Matt Ouellette  (873-0343)

Small Groups
This ministry is the life-blood of community at Faith. We are currently looking for host homes to create a welcome environment for 10-12 people.   Group leaders and host homes: Pastor Ron Stevens (873-0343)

Outreach
We seek to share the good news of Jesus Christ through many different avenues. Help is needed on our Global Missions team in the areas of correspondence, promotion, and trip coordination. We also have opportunities locally through different community events.   Global Missions: Laura Corbett (465-9521)
Community Outreach: Pastor Brent Small (873-0343)

Assimilation
One of the greatest challenges churches face is helping people move from first time attendees to active participants in the ministry of the church. The Assimilation Team seeks to bridge the gap from being a guest to enrolling in new believers classes, membership, and small groups.   Welcome Table & Visitor Follow-up: Pastor Ron Stevens (873-0343)
New Believer’s & Membership Classes: Pastor Brent Small (873-0343)

Body Life
The glue to the family of Faith is the Body Life team. Key components of this ministry include our Prayer and Info email chains, event coordination, and food services.   Prayer and Info email chains: Daphne Tieman (634-3507)
Events help (set-up and coordination): Cyndee Randall (872-6749)
Hospitality and food services: Rhonda Dunbar (872-1905)
Secret Pal for women: Lisa McGowan(634-2354)

Creative Arts & Drama
Faith has developed two important teams to assist our services and the community around us. Acts of Faith is the drama component of this team and is used to enhance our adult worship service. The PB&J Kids puppet team ministers to both the body at Faith and various community events. Volunteers are needed to fill the roles of actors, costume designers, set prep crews, and stunt doubles (just kidding).   Acts of Faith: Cyndee Randall (872-6749)
PB&J Kidz puppets: Deb Whitney (426-9451)

Tech Team
Technology is a vital aspect of the world in which we live. The ministry at Faith relies on the conveniences technology affords. Sound, light, and video technicians as well as website design and maintenance volunteers are needed to maintain these critical impact tools.

Sound Technicians: Ron Dunbar (872-1905)
Video/Light Technicians: Shel Binotto (465-2059)
Website: Steve Damren (453-0101)

Grounds Care
As our ministry expands, so does our useable square footage of property. Even with part-time maintenance staff looking after the daily maintenance and cleaning needs at Faith, there are many aspects of property maintenance and enhancement that need to be addressed. Handyman skills are appreciated, but are not required to make difference in the overall appearance and function of the facilities the Lord has given to us.   Event set-up and tear-down: Jim Sproul (873-0343)
Seasonal landscaping: Barb Cripe (873-3088)
Property improvements & construction: Jim Sproul (873-0343)
